How a gift reaches the game
Four stops, in under a second.
A viewer sends a gift
From TikTok, Twitch, Kick, YouTube or Starvios: a gift, a follow, likes or a chat command.

Receives the event, checks your active profile for the matching effect and sends it.
Effects program
A small OverInteractive program that runs alongside the game and applies each effect from outside, without touching any Elden Ring file.

The effect shows up in your game instantly: the enemy next to you, your health dropping or your character changed.
STEP BY STEP
Getting started
Everything happens from the game's status bar, at the bottom of the app.

The app finds your game
It detects your Steam copy of Elden Ring on its own. If it lives somewhere else, pick the folder in the «Game» step of the bar below.

Install the mod in one click
Press «Install mod». The app downloads the effects program and keeps it in its own folder: nothing is copied into Elden Ring.

Open it with «Launch game»
This step is required: the app opens Elden Ring without Easy Anti-Cheat, which is the only way effects can get through. If you open it from Steam, the anti-cheat turns on and nothing happens.

Load your save and wait for «Connected»
The app starts the effects program on its own as soon as it sees the game open. Load your character and the bar below switches to «Running · Connected».

Choose what each gift does
In «Profiles» create an example one in a click or build your own: each gift, follow or chat command fires the effect you pick.
EFFECTS
What your chat can do
Each effect is assigned to a gift, a follow, likes or a chat command.
Your character
Heal, hurt, leave you at 1 HP, restore FP and stamina, god mode or infinite stamina for a while.
Appearance
Big head, tiny head, fat, skinny, random body, gender swap or undressed. Back to normal when time runs out.
Gear
Random helmet, armor, gauntlets, leggings or outfit, and random weapons in each hand.
Runes
Give or take runes to reward or punish.
IMPORTANT
Before you go live
Never with anti-cheat on
Effects only work with Easy Anti-Cheat off, which means offline. With the anti-cheat on the program applies nothing. Don't use it to play online.
Always open it from the app
«Launch game» opens Elden Ring without anti-cheat and without touching your files. Opened from Steam or a shortcut, the anti-cheat is back and effects don't get through.
For your solo runs only
Playing offline means no invasions and no co-op: the chaos is for you and your audience.
After a game patch
If an Elden Ring update changes something, an effect may stop responding until we update the mod. The bar below tells you when a new version is out.
FAQ
Effects only apply with Easy Anti-Cheat off, and in that mode you aren't connected online. Never try to use it with the anti-cheat on.
No Elden Ring file is copied or changed: the program lives in OverInteractive's folder. Whatever happens in your save (runes, gear) stays there like anything else you do while playing.
That way the anti-cheat is on. Close Elden Ring and open it with «Launch game» in the bar below.
Not with effects: the app opens the game offline, so there's no co-op and no invasions.
From the ⋯ menu in the bar below, «Uninstall mod». The effects program is deleted and your game stays as it was.
