OverInteractive is provided free of charge for personal use. Redistribution, modification, and commercial use are not permitted without express authorization.
Prohibited use
You may not use OverInteractive to generate artificial engagement, fake followers, or fake gifts on TikTok; to bulk-extract or store other users' data; or for any purpose that violates TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from its use, including any penalties applied by TikTok.
User responsibility
You are responsible for complying with TikTok's Terms of Service. OverInteractive does not guarantee compliance with those terms and may stop working if TikTok, Twitch, or TikFinity change their services.
Trademarks
TikTok is a registered trademark of ByteDance Ltd. Twitch is a registered trademark of Twitch Interactive, Inc. Game titles referenced in the app or on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. OverInteractive is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
