A GIFT'S JOURNEY
How a gift reaches the game
Four stops, in under a second.
A viewer sends a gift
From TikTok, Twitch, Kick, YouTube or Starvios: a gift, a follow, likes or a chat command.
OverInteractive
Receives the event, checks your active profile for the matching effect and sends it.
Granny mod
The app installs a mod loader (BepInEx) and the OverInteractive mod in the game folder. The mod runs every effect inside your game.
Granny
The effect happens instantly inside the house: Granny or the spider react wherever you are.
STEP BY STEP
Getting started
Everything happens from the game's status bar, at the bottom of the app.

The app finds your game
It detects Granny on Steam by itself. If it lives in another folder, press «Set path» in the bar below.

Install the mod in one click
With the game closed, press «Install mod». The app downloads the BepInEx loader and drops the OverInteractive mod in the game folder, without touching original files.

Open the game and step into the house
Press «Launch game» or open it from Steam. The first time after installing it takes longer to start: the loader prepares its files once.

Wait for «Connected»
When the game finishes loading, the bar below switches to «Connected». From then on every gift reaches Granny's house.

Choose what each gift does
In «Profiles» create an example one in a click or build your own: each gift, follow or chat command fires the effect you pick.
EFFECTS
What your chat can do
Each effect is assigned to a gift, a follow, likes or a chat command.
Weapons to fight back
A loaded crossbow, shotgun or pepper spray straight into the streamer's hand, ready to knock out or blind Granny (whatever they held drops at their feet), and a freeze trap that drops on the floor to place. Chat can also slow Granny down.
The streamer
Frozen with a frosted screen, fast or heavy legs and a bear trap that snaps on their leg and makes noise.
The spider
The giant spider shows up in view a few meters away and crawls slowly toward the streamer so they can see it coming; if it reaches them, it bites.
IMPORTANT
Before you go live
The first launch is slower
The first time you open the game after installing, the mod loader generates its files and takes much longer than usual. Don't close it: after that it starts as normal.
Effects need you inside the house
In the menu there is no game to act on and the effect is not applied. Fire effects while playing inside the house.
Gifts aren't lost during cutscenes
If a gift arrives during the wake-up cutscene or the day change, it waits and applies as soon as the streamer can move.
Two effects cost a day
«Granny Catches You» and «Release the Spider» (if it bites) take a day away from the streamer. They are for big gifts.
Keeps running in the background
The mod stops the game from pausing when you switch windows, so you can check chat or OBS without freezing your game.

It adds the BepInEx loader and the OverInteractive mod to the game folder without touching original files. You can keep playing normally with the mod installed.
Yes. It can slow Granny down, put a loaded crossbow, shotgun or pepper spray in your hand so you can knock her out or blind her yourself, or drop a freeze trap for you to place.
If it's the first time after installing, wait for the game to finish starting. If it still won't connect, close the game and use «Reinstall mod» from the ⋯ menu in the bar.
From the ⋯ menu in the bar below, «Uninstall mod». The OverInteractive mod goes away; the BepInEx loader stays in the folder and, with no mods, the game works as always.
