How a gift reaches the game
Four stops, in under a second.
A viewer sends a gift
From TikTok, Twitch, Kick, YouTube or Starvios: a gift, a follow, likes or a chat command.
OverInteractive
Receives the event, checks your active profile for the matching effect and sends it.
Well Dweller mod
A mod the app installs in the game folder that applies every effect to Glimmer and the room you are in.
Well Dweller · your save
The effect reaches your game as soon as the gift arrives, with the sender's name.
STEP BY STEP
Getting started
Everything happens from the game's status bar, at the bottom of the app.

The app finds your game
It detects Well Dweller in your Steam library. If it lives somewhere else, press «Set path» in the «Game» step of the bar below and pick the folder the game is in.

Install the mod in one click
Press «Install mod» with the game closed. The app puts the OverInteractive mod in the game folder: no separate mod loader needed.

Open the game
Open it from Steam or with «Launch game».

Wait for «Connected»
The bar below switches to «Running · Connected». Load your save: from then on every gift reaches Glimmer.

Choose what each gift does
In «Profiles» create an example one in a click or build your own: each gift, follow or chat command fires the effect you pick.
EFFECTS
What your chat can do
Each effect is assigned to a gift, a follow, likes or a chat command.
Glimmer
Giant jump, pushes to the left or right and frozen in place.
Sabotage
Hits that take health, emptied oil vials and Flaming Vessel, heavy gravity, slow pace and abilities blocked for a while: no slingshot, no climbing, no hovering…
Help
Heals, refilled vials and Flaming Vessel, moon gravity, speed, super jumps, endless climbing and borrowed abilities even before you unlock them.
Screen
An earthquake that shakes the screen while it lasts.
IMPORTANT
Before you go live
Tents are a safe zone
The game won't allow enemies near a save tent. If the gift arrives there, the enemy waits in the queue and appears as soon as you move away: none are lost.
Your abilities don't change for good
Abilities the chat lends or blocks go back to how they were when the effect ends, and also before the game saves.
Timed effects are visible
Gravity, speed, super jumps or abilities last a few seconds and show on the effects HUD. If two opposites arrive, the newest wins; «Clear Effects» cancels them all.
FAQ
Yes. With the mod the game doesn't pause when it loses focus, so you can check the chat or the app and effects keep arriving.
Yes. The viewer's name is drawn above the enemy with accents, other alphabets and scripts such as Arabic or Japanese.
Wait for the game to finish opening. If it still doesn't connect, close the game, press «Reinstall mod» from the ⋯ menu of the «Mod» step and open it again.
If you are next to a save tent or there is no free space nearby, the enemy waits in the queue and appears as soon as it can. Move a little away from the tent.
