COMPATIBILITY

Works with Build 42

Compatible with Steam's Build 42, the default stable version. The mod installs to your user's mods folder, not the game folder.

Good to know

  • Build 42 only: Build 41 (the "b41multiplayer" branch) is no longer supported. If you are on it, go to Steam → Properties → Betas and pick "None".
  • The mod installs to Zomboid/mods/ in your user profile — not the game folder.
  • Enable "OverInteractive Connector" in the Mods menu and in your save's mods: it stays active after that.
  • Designed for single-player — multiplayer behavior may vary.
Setup

Ready in 4 steps

The mod installs to your Zomboid profile folder — it never modifies game files.

  1. 01

    Open OverInteractive

    The app auto-detects your Project Zomboid install on Steam.

  2. 02

    Install the mod

    Click Install on the Project Zomboid card. The app copies the mod to your Zomboid profile.

  3. 03

    Enable the mod in-game

    Open Project Zomboid, go to Mods and enable "OverInteractive Connector". Only needed once per save.

  4. 04

    Connect and go live

    Map gifts and rewards to commands in the app and start your stream.
