The emote wall turns chat into something you can see: every emote or emoji someone types flies across your scene. It works with TikTok, Twitch, Kick, YouTube and Starvios chat at once and there's nothing to connect: the emotes are the ones people are already typing.
Everything it can do
- Chat emotes from all five platforms, with nothing extra to set up.
- Three ways to appear: Rise, Rain or Pop.
- Emojis in the text included or not (on TikTok they're the most used).
- Size from 24 to 200 px and time on screen from 1.5 to 12 seconds.
- Max per message, so a message with 40 emotes doesn't cover the screen.
- Max at once: anything above it is dropped during an emote storm.
- Platform filter.
- A Test button that drops a sample burst in the browser source.
Limits that keep your game visible
An emote wall is fun until a flood covers the game. That's what the two limits are for: "Max per message" caps what each message releases and "Max at once" caps what's on screen; anything extra is dropped instead of piling up. With a very fast chat, lower the max at once and shorten the time on screen before shrinking the size.
Where to put it
Emotes travel across the whole browser source, so its size decides the area they cover. Make it as big as the scene so they cross everything, or narrow along one side so they stay clear of the game. With "Rise" and "Rain", the source's height sets how far they travel.
What counts as an emote
Each platform's emotes as they arrive in chat, plus emojis in the text if you turn on "Include emojis". Your channel's 7TV, BTTV and FFZ emotes also show as images when they're turned on in the Chat module.
Step by step
- Open Emote wall in the overlay gallery (Chat & community category).
- Choose how they appear: Rise, Rain or Pop.
- Adjust the size, time on screen and both limits.
- Decide whether emojis count and which platforms are included.
- Copy the URL into your scene and press Test to position the source.
FAQ
Do I have to choose which emotes show?
No. Whatever chat types shows up. What you do choose is which platforms, whether emojis count and how many can be on screen at once.
Nothing shows up on stream. What should I check?
That the app is reading that platform's chat, that the platform is selected in the panel, and that the browser source has a size. Test lets you check the source without relying on chat.
