Interaction

Integrations: the apps you already stream with

T.I.T.S., VTube Studio, WLED, Voicemod, OBS Studio, Streamer.bot and VRChat connected locally, with their actions as commands.

Integrations connect OverInteractive to programs you already have open while you stream. Once an app is connected, it tells you what it has loaded — its items, its voices, its scenes, its actions — and all of it shows up as commands you can hang off any trigger. They work whether or not a game is active: this is the route to an interactive stream with no mod at all.

Everything it can do

  • Seven apps: T.I.T.S., VTube Studio, WLED, Voicemod, OBS Studio, Streamer.bot and VRChat.
  • Local connection (WebSocket, or OSC for VRChat), with its own host and port and each app's default port preloaded.
  • A catalog read from the running app: items, hotkeys, expressions, models, scenes, sources, voices, sounds, effects and actions.
  • A test button on every element so you can see it on screen before wiring it up.
  • Per-integration triggers that always fire, with or without an active game.
  • The same actions available as commands inside any game profile.
  • Random pick across several selected elements: each fire draws one.
  • Manual entry of the exact name when the catalog isn't available.
  • "Integrations menu" overlay: the list of what can be requested, with its gift and its price.

What each one brings

Every app adds a different kind of reaction, and they combine in the same trigger: one gift that throws an object at your face, changes your voice and kills the light in your room.

  • T.I.T.S.: your viewers throw objects at your face.
  • VTube Studio: hotkeys, expressions, model swaps, movement and avatar color.
  • WLED: the strips and lamps in your room react with effects, palettes and presets.
  • Voicemod: viewers change your voice and fire sounds at you.
  • OBS Studio: they switch scenes, toggle sources and touch your audio.
  • Streamer.bot: they fire the actions you already built there.
  • VRChat: they flip your avatar's toggles, play emotes, write in your chatbox and push you around — over VRChat's official OSC, no mod involved.

Connecting means enabling the other app's server

Almost all of them ask for the same thing: open their local server and paste the port. The app ships each one's default port so you don't have to look it up.

  • T.I.T.S.: Settings → Websocket API (port 42069 by default).
  • VTube Studio: enable the API server; the first connection asks for permission inside VTube Studio itself.
  • OBS: Tools → WebSocket Server Settings, where the port and password come from.
  • Streamer.bot: Servers/Clients → WebSocket Server.
  • Voicemod: just leave it running, there's nothing to enable.
  • WLED: not a program but devices on your network; add them by IP or let the app find them.
  • VRChat: Action Menu → Options → OSC → Enabled. Nothing to install; the app reads your avatar's parameters through OSCQuery.

Integration triggers or profile commands

There are two places to use these actions and they are not the same. Triggers on each app's screen always fire, with or without an active game: that's what you want for a just-chatting or VTuber stream. The same effects also live as commands inside any game profile, to mix them with what happens in the run.

Letting your audience know what's on offer

The "Integrations menu" overlay lists only the active triggers of these apps, with the gift that fires them and what it costs. You can show the menu for all of them together or for a single app, across five layouts, with the image of the specific item — the T.I.T.S. object, the Voicemod voice — so it reads without reading.

Step by step

  1. Open the app you want to connect and enable its local server.
  2. In OverInteractive, open the integration from the menu and paste host, port and password if there is one.
  3. Hit Connect: the catalog fills itself with whatever the app has loaded.
  4. Try an element with its test button and watch it on screen.
  5. Add an integration trigger, or use those same commands inside a game profile.
  6. If you want your audience to see the menu, add the "Integrations menu" overlay to your scene.

FAQ

Do they have to run on the same PC?

The desktop apps talk over local WebSocket (VRChat over OSC), so the normal setup is the same machine; if one runs on another machine on your network, change the host. WLED is different: those are network devices and always connect by IP.

I changed an item in the other app and it doesn't show up here

The catalog is read on connect. Use "reload from the app" to refresh it. If an element saved in a trigger disappears from the other app, it gets flagged as no longer there.

Can I pick several items for the same trigger?

Yes, and it usually plays better: each fire draws one of the selected items, so the same gift doesn't always give the same result.
